Our gated community in the Western North Carolina college town of Brevard has 4 lakes, an 18 hole championship golf course, clubhouse with dining, 11 miles of hiking trails, a large heated pool, tennis & pickleball courts, a wellness center, and over 60 club activities.

Ecologically planned to protect its original environment, Connestee preserves the forest’s natural beauty while providing an exceptionally broad variety of amenities and activities designed for the active lifestyle of our property owners.
We own and operate all amenities and have a vibrant volunteer program that supports many community services and activities. These factors coupled with a 40 year track record of sound fiscal management (via our elected board of directors) have helped to keep our fees and assessments remarkably affordable.
We come from all over the United States, our homes range from cozy to spacious, and we have diverse intellectual and recreational interests, but we share a connection to the friendly, down to earth way of life and core values that define this unique community.
